92 pickup RWD 22RE Fuel and crank issue

Hello all, my 92 cranks but won’t start. I’ve checked for sparks which is good.
No blown fuses
there is fuel coming out from the fuel rail to the throttle body schrader, not sure if that’s correct.

also I have a sensor which I don’t know where it connects to and these two metal pipes by the charcoal canister that is not connected to anything, please help.

yes! For like 5 mins then died, had to tow, then battery died, got brand new battery now this.

Have you ever driven it for longer than 5 minutes. I'm trying to establish if we are diagnosing a truck that was running then this happened or if you got a non-running truck to start with.

Also, note that I (and others) have a full description of our trucks in our signature line and a location under our screen names.
