87 22re timing

Heey so I'm from Hungary I have a little broke english. I lI've in grants pass oregon. I got 87 22re pickup 7k miles in the rebuild. So I have cold start issues but after starts if I didn't give gas for the car it's almost die. I lose a lot a power too I'm not really able to Cruz uphill just in 3rd in like 35 40 mph... Question what is really going on?

Timing, TPS (throttle position sensor)... check compression after rebuild? check fuel pressure, regulator, etc...
