Post 2002 2.4L Tacoma help!!!!!(first time poster)

I have a 2002 2.4L tacoma and need some help with it. I have 220,000 original miles on my truck right now. It is a 5 speed transmission. The problem that im having right now is: I keep on getting a miss fire code on number 2.i have changed out the spark plugs on this and made sure that the gap was good on all plugs. I also am having horse problems . The truck starts up great and will idle find no problem at all. I can shift it in to gear (doesn't matter which gear it does it in all gears) and give it some gas and the engine feels like it bogs down. The check engine light on the dash will flash on and off. If i give it a little bit of gas after shifting its not really bad but you cant really get in to it at all. I codes also read that the O2 senors on bank one and the #1 Catalytic convter are coming up bad. Any ideas on this would be great. This is my everyday driver and need this truck to last entil oct to up grade to a new model . This truck has been a good one the only thing i have ever had to do was change out 2 alternators and that was it .

Flashing CEL is BAD ... REALLY REALLY BAD. That means there is something actually wrong with the motor, not just emissions crap.

Exactly what codes are you getting?

The cel can flash because of misfires which can be caused by something as simple as bad plugs/wires/coils packs. You say you gapped the plugs... how did you gap a dual ground plug? - they aren't supposed to be gapped. If you are running single ground plugs, that could be your problem. Or if you did gap the dual plugs, each electrode is gapped at .22 for a combined total of .44 - not .44 on each side!
