Finally someone is thinking about skid plate for V6. Thanks Lance. I'd glad to help you, but unfortunately I'm in Toronto, Canada. But I'll first in line for the skid plate I hope you going to design the one which also covers transfer case.

It won't be for another few weeks. I'll PM you with more details in the next week or so.

Thanks!

Still need a 2003/4 v6 (4wd)

Lance,
I believe you will need a VVTi V8 also. Check on this so you don't accidentally exclude the newer V8's.

I'm still lost. Is someone finally going to be producing and selling skids for the 4th gen?

P, I'm working on something right now. I should have one template done in the next few weeks and then test fit. Full production should arrive soon after. No idea on price point as I'm kinda going blind into this.

James,

The vvti shouldn't be any different from the v8 of the 03/04 since the tranny nor the tc moved locations unless I'm wrong. I'll still test fit to make sure though

I have a 2003 v6 4wd, but I don't see any time in the future of me being able to make it up to the O.C. (I've been travelling a LOT).

If you are ever in San Diego, or near by, we could definitely meet up though.

Is this the thing that you mentioned in another thread that you had an idea about our trucks that was $$$? I think it was in my bumper thread.

The skid development is on hold until I get back from my Death Valley trip in a few weeks. I'm busy finishing up my rear bumper so I have a tire carrier so when I get back from that trip, I'll resume the development
