'05 Tacoma Frame Failures
All you who have 05+ Tacomas with the V6, need to check your motor mounts.
This for now seems to be isolated to '05 models built between 09/04 though 06/05. What is happening is that the welds are cracking and can lead to the frame caving in underneath the motor mounts. This is also happening on some FJC's.

I remember reading about this a while back when I was researching what new Yota I was going to get.
It is an isolated problem - they have since beefed them up and changed some of the geometry IIRC.
