Wont start, Fuel guage,pump issue?

Having a problem with my 92 4runner sr5 and I'm hoping someone here can help identify what is going on.
Yesterday while driving in 4x4 the "rear anti lock" light came on, Then the gas gauge dropped from quarter tank to empty very fast and gas light came on, then for some reason the gas guage shot up all the way to FULL then and engine died. I thought it was empty on gas so I went and got 10L but then It still wouldn't start. Does that give any clues as to what it could be? I thought it might have something to do with the ethnol gas.?.?

Nope. (Well, not to me.)

The only thing the ABS, fuel level, and (possibly) the fuel pump have in common is that they have wires in the back. So if you live in the rust belt (liters sounds like it could be the beloved Great White North), and you recently hit a clump of crud in the road, you could have broken a whole bunch of wires.

I'd start by putting a jumper between FP and B+ on the diag connector. With key-on, the fuel pump should run, and you should be able to hear it from the engine bay. If you can't hear the pump running, I'd climb under and see if I can see obvious damage around the top of the fuel tank.

Someone suggested it could be a Fuse, is something that simple possible?

It could be a fuse, then after that you may need to see what caused the fuse to blow. Fuses can last years when all conditions are right. For all of the symptoms you are showing, my guess is something as shorted out. Ethanol gas is crap but most likely isn't the cause of your problems.

Find a wiring diagram and start checking each circuits. A multimeter can be had for a cheap price. Sometimes just looking over the wire harness or the circuits that are not functioning can give clues to problems.
