Whooo Hooo - Got through Emissions on 4th Try! :)
Damn that was hard this time. Took a new Cat, O2 Sensor and Plugs to get her through. Was thinking I'd have to just register as an Off Road vehicle and trailer the old girl, but she pulled through in the end.
Needless to say - if anyone is having emissions issues, the Magnaflow Cat reduced my values by 3/4 of their original values. I'm actually considering taking it off and putting the OEM one back on - so I have it nice and fresh to use again in 2 years! lol.

great job!
i love passing smog here in cali.
brings a tear to my eye - lol.
after all the work i had done and being labeled a gross polluter - eventually passed.
took a new o2 sensor.
i still shiver when being tested.

Yeaa - I figured it had failed (Again) as the last 3 times they were there for at least 5 minutes running the little simulator thing they do on the computer. This time he revved it through the gears to the top of the 1st hill in the simulator thing and was done in about 30 seconds.
1st Test - Failed on Carbon Monoxide by 0.25 Grams/Mile. The limit here in AZ is 25 Grams/Mile - I had 25.25.
2nd Test - After installing new spark plugs. The Carbon Monoxide dropped to 12.25 Grams/Mile, but the NOX (Oxides of Nitrogen) went way up to 6.5 - allowable limit is 4.5
3rd Test - After emptying half the 87 Octane Gas and filling with 5+ gallons of 91 Octane it dropped to 5.0, but still to high. Plus weirdly the Carbon Monoxide went up to 29.5 Grams/Mile.
4th Test after O2 Sensor and new Cat Converter =
Hydrocarbons - 0.27 Grams /Mile (Allowed = 3.0)
Carbon Monoxide - 7.05 Grams/Mile (Allowed = 25)
Oxides of Nitrogen = 0.77 Grams/Mile (Allowed = 4.5)
So it cruised through easily with the O2 Sensor and Cat.

I went through hell the first time I had to smog my runner in NorCal. New O2 sensor, new TPS, new cat. Then it was a zero emissions vehicle...
Oh, and look what is in the bill pay, my vehicle registration from DMV and it says I need to do it again. Great.
