Search around - there have been numerous threads IIRC one of the most in depth ones was actually in the 3rd gen forum.
Usually, finding somewhere to put the turbo and get exhaust gas to drive it is the problem...

I am thinking about mounting it on the passenger side which is opposite from most that I've seen. I'm also making custom headers, so flow should be good. I'm also using a sCelica CT-26 for the turbo, so again, spooling it shouldn't be a problem.
I'll see what I can find, but I've looked at alot of the 3VZ turbos and noe show the oil supoply line at the engine side.

Here's the thread I was thinking of:
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...ght=3vze+turbo
as I recall, they went through EVERYTHING. You might PM "Node" and see what he was planning to do.

I've talked to "Node" before. He wouldn't make me a set of flanges for my engine because they only do them in runs. Now that I have someone doing it, he says he wil make them. He's such a good guy that he wants to charge me twice what he sold them for in December.
