What type of grease for Ball Joints

what type of grease do you use for the upper and lower ball joints moly or lithium

The usual recommendation is to use Extreme Pressure (EP) grease containing molybdenum disulfide. I grease mine every 20K or so.

i use the cheap autozone lube that the guy sold me and it works great and i live in extreme heat, palm springs ca:scared:

grease for bj's? ky of course. ;)

but really, EP molybdenum disulfide is good. lithium doesn't hold up to pressure as well as moly.
