what is a 4xforce edition 1994 toyota mean?

my uncle has a 4xforce edition 1994 toyota pickup 4x4 and I was curious on what that means? he offered to sell it to my brother for 1500 but the body needs repair (rust).

I know where I can get the bed and fenders and he's done the clutch, gas tank tires, and only has 94k on it and one owner

it needs rear brakes and that’s about it for mechanical

Just was wondering what 4xforce means if anything so my brother can figure out if 1500 is good or if 1200 is more of a fair price

Thanks
Phil

This truck was a "Northwest" only offering. I remember it from commercials back when i was in high school and this was the first truck i wanted! Supposedly it had a bigger engine, and some other "built for the Northwest" features. I have been looking for info on these for a few years now...
