When you put the ujoints on, did you take the slip yoke out at all? You could've put it in a tooth or so off. Your driveshaft could be out of balance. Or you have too much front end lift and the ujoint angles are too much. There's a thread on here somewhere about that, do a search.
Also, could be your driveshaft. I was getting a bad shake at about 50, and I changed the ujoints and that got rid of a lot of it, but I still have the shakes a little bit, but I'm pretty sure it's my driveshaft.
