V6 3.0 No Power
What would make a V6 3.0 have no power? I start the engine and shift through all the gears and get up to speed. After a while, the truck just starts dogging down. I turn off the key and the back on, let the clutch out and the engine runs fine with plenty of power.
I see no codes....

what kind of "dogging down??" gonna need to be a little more specific in your description. you shut it off and restart it while it is still driving?? does your check engine light stay on while you are starting the truck?? if it doesn't, then you have a bad bulb for the light or a serious problem with your ecu and or wiring

No Power Explained
This engine is new. Well 10,000 miles or so. I have replaced all sensors that were throwing a code. VSS, Knock sensor, water temp sensor and OX sensor. I also replaced the EGR modulator. The engine has cleaned injectors from Mr. Injector and alot more.
What I mean by dogging down is that it is losing power. I also think it is using way too much fuel. I have never done MPG on it but it seems to me that it is using too much fuel.
Anyway, Im roling down the road at cruising speed, the truck just starts having much less power. So I push in the clutch, turn the key off and the turn the key back on and then let out the clutch. After that, the power is back...for a while, till it starts to dog down again...Annoying.
I know its not good to overspeed the clutch like that but it works. And yes the check engine light works...Any ideas?

a friend of mine's truck was doing something similar to your symptoms. It turned ut to be the knock sensor. but he had a check engine light come on when it would act up.

Vapor lock?
Next I will be check and insulating, if needed, the fuel lines. Maybe vapor lock?
Fuel regulator are on-off right? I mean they work or they dont right?
The TPS will have an effect like this?
Vaacum leak is out since that would cause a problem all the time...

02 sensor comes to mind.
Also get out your multimeter and check your distributor's pickups and tps pickups too.
But, it's probably a wiring or vacuum issue somewhere. Intermittent issues like this are usually something jiggling loose.
