Used parts for 1990 Toyota 4x4 pickup B.C.

Any of you guys on here from B.C. Canada ? Where do you find your used parts in the Lowermainland of B.C.?

Not sure about the mainland but when I lived in Victoria I dealt extensively with South Island Imports in Nanaimo. They've got a monopoly on all of the Toyota stuff that is written off by insurance companies on the island; they pay a premium for them so that the other scrapyards can't touch them.
Their prices were quite reasonable and they'll ship parts, they've always got a HUGE selection of all kinds of different toyotas. I got a set of SR5 seats from them as well as a centre console, new seat belt, and a bunch of other odds and ends that were impossible to find anywhere else. My biggest problem was that they're only open Monday-Friday so it was hard to get up there after work in order to pull any parts.

Here in Toronto, I find the odd 4 runner at the junk yard, 2-3 per year. Always the v6, never a 22re. Never see pickups older than 96. What I do find is usually rusted and trashed.
My best friends are Rock Auto and ebay. Kijiji has offered a few things.
