Tube Style Bumpers and Aftermarket exhausts

Recently I've been thinking of doing something with my exhaust. The tips starting to crack and crumble and the exhaust sticks out like a sore thumb with my marlin crawler bumper. But that got me to thinking...those of you with tube-style rear bumpers, how/where do you have your aftermarket exhaust exit? Post up pics if you have them.

i don't have any pics loaded right now, but i cut mine off a ways up under the bed and took a 45 degree bend and a short section of pipe and made it run out right by the wheelwell. Right where the marlin bumper stops before the wheel well my exhaust looks like another piece of tube. Painted the end black and you can barely see it. Cost was 10 bucks. 2 pieces of tube and two clamps.

you can barely see mine between my temporary bumper and the spring shackle
the upper inner corner of the bumper is poining to it

Cool looking bumper , will those shackles / bumper survive using them to pull you out of a spot ?

Well you can use'em to drag one of your buddies by the leg thru a mud hole right ?

sorry to hj, but this got me thinking. wouldnt it be better for playing in the water/mud if the exhaust came up thru the bed and over the bedside facing backwards?

Hmm...I can sort of understand what you're talking about, but some pictures would be great. it seems like really the only good place for it to end up is right before the bumper even really starts, it'd probably just look even weirder than the stock one does if it went straight out the back.

oh yes, i would do that, but i hate the mud. i hate cleaning for days and days.

I know what you mean but you just got to get them dirty , its what their made for , thats why I have a 2500PSI/4.0GPM Pressure Washer hehe

Most of the pictures on his profile are dead. I found a picture of someone else's, i think cootees, but i forgot where it was. It looked basically like the stock set up, just up a few inches so it was almost touching the new bumper. That's one idea I guess.

Mine is cut right after the muffler, cause it was so rusted that I could just pull it out.....one day I'll fix it though
