truck wont go into gear after bleeding

At randome times, the clutch was a little hard to shift. I decided to bleed the clutch to get the air out. I had poor results and with some investigating, I found moisture on the back on the clutch master, so I replaced it and the slave (aisin parts).

Friend and I bled the system using pump and gravity method. The pedal was loose before but firmed up some after this. I closed the bleeder and the pedal pressure came back to normal/near normal.

Now, I cant get it in gear at all. It grinds in 1st or R. I gravity bled it again, keeping the bleeder dripping while I poured fluid in. Closed it back up and tried again. Same result.

What should I try next? Could air still be in there? I can look at the pedal adjustment next I suppose. I havent had any clutch slipping problems.

Bleeding a clutch system is pretty elementary so I can't see how you are doing it wrong.

Have you checked your clutch bracket for cracks, breakage or fatigue?

Are you trying to put it in gear sitting still or with the engine running and moving?

By clutch bracket, you mean the pedal? If so, no I havent looked at that. I was trying to engage it with the engine on while parked. When its off, it goes into gear.

I bet your clutch pedal bracket is fatigued or busted.
