truck got some bad noise

what is it??
any solution?

Sounds like an exhaust rattle.

Check the hangers and bolts.

cool it and bang out you catylitic converter, any rattle? heat shield maybe? turn up the stereo?

Ya x2 on the exhaust rattle. My pickup makes pretty much the same noise when i push the gas because one of the hangers broke on the exhaust and is now being held up by bailing wire.

mine had a bad noise too.but only when my wife was with me. weird huh?

Check the bracket that bolts the manifold/collector to the trans.

my girls is loose and makes one HELL of a racket when under load!

but it sounds like there is something in the pipes.. I bet the cat is busted.

i check out my exhaust!!
i saw bracket that is loose!
but i lost my the bolts for the bracket
exhaust.....

I had the same prob after a rebuild , scared me until i found the loud broken bracket

Now i weld my broken brackets...
so it should be ok..but i need a bolts for
special orders!
