Your the man. Sounds like you have a bad master or slave though buddy. Sounds like the internal seal is going out and bypassing causing it to go soft.

Oh jeez. Yeah the only thing I can think of is the backwards pressure bleed I was talking about.

Weird part is it doesn't do it every time, it is sporadic. I look everyday for a pin leak can't find any it's all dry.

Let me just say "I should have listened sooner with regards to metal fatigue in the clutch pedal bracket "
I took a picture but unfortunately I can't upload it. There was a crack in it the size of the grand canyon. Have a clutch and all the gears again. Have to relearn shifting again it's right on top and not on the floor. I think I pulled a muscle... Lol

Thank you, I get to sleep again at night. Instead of worrying about how to fix it, it's my only vehicle for the moment and riding the bus totally bites. Lol

Hey Gevo, it's been a few months since we chatted. The truck now has new every thing hydraulic and a new throw out bearing, double reinforced pedal bracket and body mount. Since we spoke last every thing electric and engine related has been running along like a champ. Her pedal issue has been a challenge, but only because I didn't listen and do a closer inspection on the bracket. I just didn't see it until I removed it completely. So good to have her back again.

Update on shift stuff, second gear was locked out on a corner. It only does it on a corner, what would cause that. Shifts awesome the rest of the time... Weird

Only thing I can think of is the body is twisting enough to get in the way of the shifter...

Yep it's my thoughts too, maybe a line crimp or something. It doesn't happen every time either.

It is also just in right hand corners and in the downshifts, crazy damn truck.. Lol. But at least she shifts this whole thing makes me want to pull all pedal brackets and reinforce weld to make sure it doesn't happen again. But my luck the floor will give out and I will be Fred flinstoning my way home... Lol

Update : it's not doing it anymore. I think it's a matter of a bad shifting habit that was necessary before the pedal bracket was fixed. But I will be keeping a close eye on it just to be sure.
