Oh dear!! You're going to get many different opinions here, but just to give you my opinion: I like the BFG M/T's a lot but currently have the Toyo M/T's which I like too. But, I think I like the BFG's better. I am really interested in the new BFG M/T KM2's!

i have goodyear mtrs on my 87 and love them. they dont make a toyo mt in that small of a size in a 15 inch wheel. They make a 265/75/16 but that is the samllest and its a 10 ply

Since your concerned with how it rides on the street as well as off, I'd look into the BFG M/T or the Goodyear MT/R's. TLS's are awesome off the road, but suck on it. Another option for a aggressive MT would be looking into the Maxxis Buckshots or Big Horns.

commas and periods please! lol

I myself will be going with BFG's next time around. Hopefully mud's but i might stick with A/T's just because i do alot of on road driving as well.

i would stay away from the maxis bigshots mentioned above, one of my friends had them on his blazer and got less than 10k out of them. but bfg makes good tires and thats what i am going to get once my a/t are worn out.

How do the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's do both on the road and off?
