thorwing a few codes

im throwing 11 and 5. both are 1 digit codes. my TPS is messed up which im sure is why its throwing 11. but 5 is:

OXYGEN SENSOR SIGNAL/OXYGEN SENSOR HEATER SIGNAL

OPEN OR SHORT IN OXYGEN SENSOR OR OXYGEN SENSOR SIGNAL

That just mean i need a new O2 sensor?
