Just noticed this on ebay, no reserve, incase anyone is in need. Doesnt have window and motor, but I just happened to change mine and have all the old internals.

and how hard is it to switch everything from the old one to the new one

The funny thing is, he thinks that Ford tail gate is worth gold. (see sellers other items)

You could buy a complete bed around here for that price.
