Tail light running lights stuck on??
 

Alright, i got a weird wiring/switch problem?

My dash light dimmer switch started to intermittently stop working, then today my taillight running lights wouldn't turn off,
When i switch the lights off the tail light is still
Dimly lit.

I fiddled with the dimmer switch and it seemed to be affecting the tail lights?
It Randomly turned them off when i unplugged the dimmer switch to inspect it and when i plugged it back in the tail lights turned back on (not as bright as when running lights are switched on, still dim and kinda flickery)

Lights are off and ignition is off.
Anyone experienced this?
Checked all the fuses and relays.
Going to replace the dimmer switch but confused as to why they're affecting the taillight running lights...
