Suspension really bouncy and really squiky

how do i make my ride nicer and how do i make it less squikey

New shocks and torch off the IFS to get rid of the control arm squeak

bilstien shocks and lower my torsion bars?? lol

do Bj and coil spacers make it squeakier?? or will they stay quite.

check out your sway bar bushings, they rot out and give some squeaks. grease where the sway bar is braced on the frame too.

Your a countryhick get used to it

Jk try greasing everything up, getting new shocks if you need them.
If you have cranked tbars or add a leafs then your out of luck its natural
