stupid question about cranking t bars bars vs bj spacers

im going to purchase bj spacers for my pickup. i was going to just crank the tbars but everyone says ill get a rough ride from the truck hitting the bumpstops. i just thought of just cutting down the upper bump if i just crank the t bars. wont the travel and cv binding be the same as bj spacers if i did that? its a dumb question but im just curious.

Suspension will be stiff.

Ever twist a spring and notice it gets harder to twist the more you do it? Hence the name TORSION bars.

I put bj spacers and installed larger torsion bars which you can crank and still have a stock ride.
