which size and type of valves for my 22re

I have a motor that I picked up saying it was an LC motor. Probably not from them directly and all the parts came from there. It has the Dual row timing chain, dual valve springs, LC header and unknown cam type/internal work done. I'm going thru a quart of oil a week, not burning or leaking and the oil is dark. My belief is that the valve guides are worked and rattle a little. So, I have an extra head and plan to buy new valves, guides, seals and seats(if i need them). I'm getting 20mpg with 26575r16 and runs great. However, I dont know what upgrades were done beyond what I can see. Keeping with a daily driver in mind that still runs awesome, any suggestions of valves or how to proceed?

If your oil is not leaking and not burning is it going in the coolant ??

Is this extra head brand new ??

Bare head that you need all this new parts ??

Do you have a Machine Shop you use if so what brand is the one they like??

How many miles on the bottom end ??

Thanks for the reply👍 .The head is from another motor that was running when we pulled it. No oil in the coolant at all, I had another motor that died that way. The bottom end only has 36k on it. My plan is to strip down the doner head and use my existing cam, rockers and springs. It's a local mahine shop in Phoenix.
