Shocks coming up...

I know there's a ton of information on this out there, but I figured I'd get some opinions here first. With my springs just about ready to go in, my attention turns to the poor condition my shocks are in. I'm just curious if anyone out there is running an adjustable air shock. If there is, would you mind sharing the cost for the shocks and the model number.

I don't do a lot of wheeling, more just to get to the fishing hole or campsite than anything. Sometimes a little bit of playing in the mud. There's a 4 inch lift on my truck as well, so I'm sure that's going to have an effect on the price. What else are people here running on a comparable setup?

I've been doing a little research lately. Here's what I've found:
  • OME, Bilsteins and Tokicos are really good but rather expensive.
  • ProComp ES3000s and Rancho 5000s are cheap but ride harsh (I've got ProComps) The Ranchos are prone to rusting. ProComps limit travel as they're short.
  • Gas charged shocks are better that plain hydraulic shocks as they don't fade.
  • Rancho 9000s are more expensive but adjustable. Some people love them.
