Seat Belt Question

I have a 1995 xtracab that originally came with the 60/40 split bench seat. I recently scored some bucket seats out an 89-95 truck. I have been searching for the past few days but have come up dry. My question is for anyone who has done this swap, how did you handle the female end of the seat belt? On the passenger side its mounted to the tunnel and on the drivers side it was originally mounted to the floor. I am thinking of just making the mount point on the drivers side the same as it is on the passenger side. Any thoughts or pics would be appreciated.

I'm just going through the same thing. There seems to be 3 options, 1) check the salvage yards, by the time I called the place my seats came from, they had crushed the truck ! 2) Ebay, I just bought a good used set for $35, though they can get pricey: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-4Run...jTX:rk:31:pf:0
3) The current replacement belt assembly (Gray) seems to be Toyota P/N 73240-89155-B0 for around $50.

You should be able to used a passenger set if you can't find the driver's side, it just won't have the seatbelt warning switch ( I was going to cut off the unused center belt).

PS I did have to add a threaded mounting point to the tunnel.

Thanks for the info! That's kind of what I had concluded since my post. Going to see if I snag one from a junk yard. If not, may go OEM or see about these companies I found online.

Yeah, aftermarket belts may be a good way to go. The Toyota replacement belts seem to include the buckle for the center belt, even though it's not used.

I replaced my nasty old ones with a set by Corbeau. They work great.
