Dual cases are on the way. Bouncin around like that caused me to break a birf shortly after that video.
Legal creek crossing up Compressor Creek in Pinehurst Idaho past Roller-Coaster.

Trail-gear springs havent settled yet. Hence the height.
Chevy 63s in the rear with 2" block. Once the TG springs settle up front I'll yank the rear block. But until they do I want it to sit level

looks good mang, but I didn't see anything in that video that an ifs cant do or where you really tested the sas. just saying. put that sas to work!

Your rig set-up seems similar to mine. Chevy's in the back, All pro up front, rear Detroit E-locker, Front Truetrac (I hate that thing).

Get some bobby longs to replace the weak ass birfs before you do the dual cases IMHO. Gusset the axles and knuckle balls, and for the love of pete... where are your sliders? :D :D

Sliders are in the garage. I'm lazy, heard they werent necessary for that trail haha.
I'm not sure if I want to do duals first or dirty-thirtys.
The reason I broke a birf is because I hopped because of the stock 2.28.
Being a broke college student, its basically one or the other this month, and the other to follow.
I figure with careful wheeling, I'll actually be less likely to break a birf with dual cases because I can easily crawl objects I had to hop over with the stock 2.28, resulting in broken birfs. (And years of clutch material wasted)

I need to update my signature. TG 4" IFS Elim, 63s rear, Welded front, Aussie rear, 5.29s, stock case 2.28, built motor.

I'd chromo your shafts first imo I hate to R&R birfs on the trail....I bent one housing at the axle ball cause I did not pull the broken birf out right away also tore my trunnions up big mistake on my part cost me big bucks to rebuild another sfa housing
