Hey I think I've asked before but
what springs should I use in the back to level my 4runner or maybe lift it by an inch or two without having to change a lot of other parts besides the springs.

Also what can I do to the front to get the same effect.

Also does a stiff suspension help on the trails? Bumpier ride doesn't really bother me but if a stiffer suspension front and back is something people like using off road or recommend I might consider that too.

Stiffer might resist hard, fast bumps better, but will reduce flex.

I think you will find most people try to go softer but add travel if possible. That combo is what you want for off road... escpecially technical low speed stuff.

Well alot of what we have out here in santa fe isn't very technical stuff. Alot of it is bumpy dirt roads, powerline patrol roads and such. Maybe a stiffer suspension might work better out here
