Real Bad Vibration

I need some ideas, for what to look for. I've got a 1990 4runner 2 door with the V6 and it's got a real bad vibration for about 30mph to about 60mph. You don't feel the vibration in the steering wheel and it's got a new draglink and all new tie rods and it goes away when you coast, take foot off gas pedal. The wheel bearing feel fine, have any of you guys had a problem like this?

Thanks,
Jake

Well... here goes. U-joint(s) needs lubed or replaced/over-hauled, driveshaft bearing(s)(if app)shot, driveshaft out of balance/bent, driveshaft out of phase, rubber transfer case mounts worn out, transfer case output shaft nut is loose or the bearing needs replaced, if the pinion flange has play that bearing(outer) and/or crush sleeve needs replaced, one or the other or both of the driveshaft(companion) flanges(transfer case/pinion) is warped/bent/ran-out, driveshaft bolts may be loose, wheel(s) out of balance, rim(s) untrue/ran-out, rim(s) not seated properly on hub(s), lug nuts loose, tires not equally inflated side to side, u-bolt(s) loose, blown shock(s), excessive pinion angle(more than 1-2 degrees), u-joint yoke holes pulled too large to hold bearing caps snug.

I think my transfer case yoke bearing is bad I have replaced a lot of driveline stuff with no luck of loosing the bad vibration. However on the way home today I had an idea that i'll get a water bottle with just water in it because of the boiling point temp.I got under it after a 24 mile ride from work to home I pulled into the back yard and crawled under the rig started spraying all my bearing areas like wheel bearings both sides, cv shafts, front drive shaft flange bearings at the cv flange, sprayed along the front chunk and shafts all was just warm to the touch (because if I had a bad bearings then the friction fron the grinding parts will sizzle the water but all was well).I started down the auto tranny spraying water on both sides all was just warm to the touch but u know if I was to hold my finger on all the parts I sprayed with water for a while then I would get a burn.I moved toward the rear of the transfer case around the yoke, nut,and drive shaft u joint(which I replaced last week)....THE WATER I SPRAYED AROUND THAT AREA JUST SIZZLES AND POPPED ALL OVER THE PLACE! EVEN THE U JOINT I HAD REPLACED LAST WEEK SIZZLED WHEN SPRAYED I COULD'T EVEN PUT MY FINGER ON THAT AREA WITHOUT GETTING BURNED VARY QUICK....so I think I either have a bad bearing on a loose yoke nut so what do I do now? does anyone have some advice for me at this point.......
thanks Dwayne

Hi do you have any information on how to know if your t-case output shaft bearing is going bad and how to replace it?
I have a 95 4runner 4x4 V-6 SR5 automatic A340H and after replacing every thing i have been told could be the problem and some things I though could be the problem I'm lead back to my original though of the rear t-case output shaft bearing because I had a loose rear t-case pinion companion flange nut loose (not even finger tight)..I don't know how long it was driven that way before I purchased it in July 08
Thanks for any help
