Radiator size- 88 4x4 with a chevy 350

okay i recently purchased another 88 4x4 pickup which has a chevy 350 swapped in it but it was in an accident and needs a new radiator. I'm all set on other parts which can be taken off my last tragedy but the radiator that i need is a special size due to the lack of room under the hood by adding a motor more than twice the size (rad. needs to be tucked up between the headlights). I dont know what i did with the broken radiator but i do need a new one :bang: . I believe it was about 16" wide and 2 1/2" thick but im not sure (does that sound right anyone?). It is all aluminum but if there is a cheaper one thats fine too.

If anybody is familliar with this swap and knows the dimensions of the radiator i need and or where i can get one especially for this setup i would really appreciate it.
Thanks
-Kevin

16" wide, 2 1/2" deep

pretty small

pretty sure toyota stock 3-row is bigger than that, and im to lazy to go measure that radiator in my truck

All the radiators I've seen infront of 350's have been huge lol

just an observation on your guess

Yeah i thought it looked a little tiny too, but with the added size of the motor it hd to be tucked waaaayy up front behind the grille to clear the pulleys and stuff, so it had to be small to fit between the headlights, that could have been a bad radiator to use by the guy who did the swap, but im just trying to replace what is already setup in there. thats what i get for buying a truck that already has the motor swapped in, because I dont know what everything is. Just trying to take the easy way out of another long ordeal like the 7m, but now i need a radiator : (

I have seen a few 1st and 2nd Gen trucks with V-8's, due to clearance issues the majority have had the radiator mounted in the bed with 2 electric fans...Seems like it would be pain to plumb it back there and than the water pump is pushing kind of hard to make it back there...I would think that Summit Racing or check with a chevy forum. With an engine pushing (350 is 5.7liter) at least double displacement of a 22re you would need something comparable to stock chevy...That would be a fun truck to wheel...
