sorry ! im working on the 22R-E [x

you need to download the FSM or factory service manual and that will give you some info. do a search for it on hear or google it. i think the valve check info is in the tune up section. it's an easy job: valve cover comes off, rotate #1 to TDC, check valves, rotate #4 to TDC, check valves.
