question about an HID 10000k conversion kit on a '93 toyota

im about to buy a projector beam HID conversion kit on ebay for like 90 bucks. i want to make sure im not getting shafted so could someone tell me if this is everything i need:

This is a pair of Universal H6052/H6054 Black Projector Headlights with H4 10000K Bi-xenon Slim HID Kit. Universal H6052/H6054 Black Projector Headlights are also generally known as 7x6 headlghts that are suitable for any application utilizing the H6052 or H6054 sealed beam headlights.
Instead of the conventional sealed beam headlights, these Universal H6052/H6054 Black Projector Headlights use H4 light bulbs which are easily replaceable should the light bulbs fail. So you do not need to replace the whole headlight assembly every time the light bulbs fail. These Universal H6052/H6054 Black Projector Headlights are equipped with a projector lens for better aim and light projection.
Also, these Universal H6052/H6054 Black Projector Headlights come with a complete set of H4 10000K Bi-xenon Slim HID Kit. You can replace the stock light bulbs with a set of bright HID conversion kit.

Features:
1. Universal Fit for all H6052 or H6054 applications.
2. Package includes 2 55W Super White halogen light bulbs.
3. Chrome housing design for maximum light output.
4. Includes a built in city light.
5. Plug and play installation.
6. Comes with a set of H4 6000K Bi-Xenon HID Kit.

Although this kit is plug and play, professional installation is required.

The H4 10000K Bi-xenon Slim HID Kit includes 2 H4 10000K Bi-Xenon HID Bulbs, 1 Bi-xenon HID Relay Harness with Advanced Flex Control Unit, and 2 Advanced A/C Digital HID Slim Ballasts. This H4 10000K Bi-Xenon Slim HID Kit produces 10000K light which is a super bright Deep Blue light.

Thank you very much!

So i finally got the housings yesterday and installed them with the osram night breakers and it is so much better. im very pleased with the performance of this setup. its cheap and it makes a world of difference. FYI the housings wont fit like the stock housings, the new ones will wiggle a little bit so just wedge a 1" by 1" square of that black pipe foam/ insulation in each corner of the housing and it will fit nice and snug. other then that there is nothing else to it.
