Puling block on 22re pickup
Is it possible to yank the block on a 22re pickup without pulling the tranny completely out or removing the core supports and grille?

I know how that goes.... although my words aren't so chosen. They just go flyin' out of my mouth when I'm grunting and sweating with a block in one hand, and a tranny in the other.

if ya wanna make it a little easier on urself when you put it back in, unbolt the rear driveshaft so you can rotate the input shaft by spinnin the d-shaft makes it a lil easier...

once you figure out that you're lining up 2 alignment dowels on the back of the block, one on the top center, and one on the driver's side, then it just takes a little wiggling
for whatever reason, I spend the first 30 minutes wiggling it thinking that the driver's side dowel was the only one :bang: and then I kicked myself in the teeth once I felt around and was like DUH, THERE'S ANOTHER ONE  |
