Proportioning valve

Let me start off by introducing myself my name is Cody im 20 and pretty new to the 4x4 scene it all started 2 years ago when I bought a jeep cheroke for 300$. Later on a friend of my dads asked me if I would build his toyota pickup to his specifications at first I agreed then said "not a chance I'll buy it off you". I have owned the truck for about a year now and from lingering around pirate4x4 ive learned alot, with still ALOT more to go. My question is... I am about to install a manual prop valve but I am not at all sure of which line is the return? Also what is generally done with the return? my prop valve has not fitting for the return. I was told just kink the line but that seems a little half assed to me. Thanks for all the help . I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge i can. pics to come

Welcome :guitar:

There is a line on the pass side you can see through the fender. It goes one to the front brake and tees off one to the back. get rid of this entire line running to the back its not needed (also cap off the tee). there is another line going to the back. Follow it from the MC
Heres a pic of the manual valve at the MC tied into the line that runs directly to the back

Now you have single lines for both front brakes and a single line to the back.

Hope this makes sense some and helps.

Welcome again!
