Power Steering Reservoir Tank: '90 3.0 v6

Im seeing three bolts, 2 14mm and 1 12mm, that are holding it in place. I am trying to remove the Timing Belt Cover, but I can't take the cover off without first taking the Power Steering Reservoir Tank out of the way to access the last bolt holding the Cover in place. Is there any trick/easier way of getting that stupid bolt out? The monkey wrench snugs on the bolt, but then there's no room to turn the wrench. Suggestions and tips is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
