I am wondering what the little plug that is mounted right below the steering wheel is for? It has a purple, red, white, green, and black wire running into it.... My foot has been rubbing the wires and lately I have had to shake them around in order for the truck to start,,,,Well today I noticed from all the bending back and foreth, one wire is busted, and My truck wont start, and now i think i have messed up the connector inside of this plug for the wire. What does theat plug do anyway..? There isnt anything plugged into it, yet it is keeping me from starting my truck,,,oh yeah its a 93 v6 3.0 im late for a wedding ,,,please help , Can I just wire something up for the time being? It seems to be a test plug of some sort, but I have to get my but somewhere like asap

haha i got it, all you need to do in touch the purple wire to the red wire and BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmm it starts,,,,,,,hahahahahahaha Later on
