I'm pretty much an inexperienced wheeler but I'd love to get in on a snow run, where and when?

Mississauga , only about 4.5 hrs. from me, will have to maybe make a week end out of it. Not sure though how I feel about possible breakage 4 hours from home. Could be one very expensive towing bill....lol

The local club up here, EOTB, heads up there every now and then. I've yet to hook up with these guys as I've not yet got my truck up to their trail requirements. I'm lacking a rear tow point, presently have a class 2 hitch on it but need a 3, will either change it out or have some points welded to the rear frame, undecided right now.

Will have to check it out tomorrow, never looked for them but have never noticed them either. I do have a second gas tank stuffed up in where the spare normaly sits not sure if it might be mounted where the hoops may have been, possible hack to install the tank. Previous, previous owners work.

c.a.a is good for a tow.. i get the plus good from the guelph area home for me...
also that why i tow my 4runner with my surf now with a dolly if i break i still get home.. and i still get to work the next day!!
we have a charity toy run happening on the 20th i belive of nov.. should be 10-20 trucks out!!!

i could be in for some snow wheeling aslong as there isnt too much to safely tow!

As far as I know 1st gen 4runners don't have those two tow points that you speak of on the rear. At least mine doesn't and my trucks frame is stock.

Just thought I'd bump this thread, since there has been a recent one here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...arians-195369/

Anyone from northern Ontario? I'm in North Bay, and it would be cool if I could do some light wheeling once in a while with someone.
