Overdive Light blinking when I check diagnostic

Overdive Light blinking when I check diagnostic
I noticed reading that blinking lights from the o/d light means that the transmission has a problem.
My engine light gave me a code 25 and if someoen could explain that i think i read and it means the car runs too lean.
But the o/D light just blinks constantly. No pauses just a repeating blinking that wont stop. I stopped counting after it blinked like 50 times with no pause.
Can anyone give me explainations?

yeah i left it in and the od light just constantly blinks while the ngine light gives me code 25
if i take out the paper clip it doesnt blink anymore

i have a similar problem except my check engine light will blink nonstop!!! when the car is on and driving the light doesnt come on at all. but when i turn the key to on (without turning on the engine) the check engine light stays on (which means there is a malfunction) so i do the self diagnostics with the paperclip and the light blinks no pauses it just blinks non-stop i took it to oreillys to run a diagnostics and they didnt pick anything up but i know something is wrong
