Opinions on rear shackle lift for '93 pickup

So, I have a 1993 pickup with 32's and a t-bar crank, and I want to prop the back up about 1" to match what lift I've gained in the front. From what I can see, longer rear shackles (5.5" i2i compared to stock 3.5" i2i) will give me the lift i'm looking for, while keeping the same ride quality and reliability if you will. Is my logic correct? Are there any adverse affect to adding longer shackles to a stock suspension?

These are the ones im looking at:

Your opinion is appreciated!

I don't think it would effect your ride due to your not really adding leafs or making it stiffer, but I wanna say it will change the angle of your axle a bit. Are your leafs in good shape? Reason I'm asking on my truck the rear is a little bit higher than the front so a TB crank would seem to even mine out, so if yours is sagging mayby some new leafs would bring it up?

Should work. I had to add shackles to both the 91 2wd and 88 4Runner when I did the lits on them to make it level- we don't care for the pre-runner / desert runner look.
It didn't noticably affect the 91's driveline angle, but on my 88 it did; I 4-5" lift springs on too so had to remove the wedges.
As far as handling, the 91's solid but the runner does a little more wallowing in cross-winds than it did before.
