O2 sensor from dealer $130

My local dealership has the O2 sensor with the wire for 130 bucks. Is this a good deal? It plugs right in and the convenience for me seems worth it. What do you guys think?

X3 on sparkplugs.com for the Denso sensor. Save money by wiring in or get PNP version for about $70.

It's $98 shipped for the Denso PNP at sparkplugs.com but still a better deal than the dealer. I'm getting around 13.5 mpg around town right now with a code 25 so I hope this helps!

They're available from a variety of sources (I got mine from summit racing) for $85.

NOTE: NGK/NTK or Denso only! NO BOSCH!

Hmmmmmm, $130 for the convenience of not having to crimp 3 wires.
Sounds like you've got way more $ than I do. Considering here's an O2 sensor for less than $35 w/ shipping

Oh jez, at $35 I could afford (nearly) 4 of'em for $130.
I doubt a Denso/NGK is gonna last 4x's longer or be 4x's better.
Most go bad cuz of some problem contaminating them.
Changing them how often is to often? Every 15K,30K, 50K?
They take 15 min to change.
I thought everyone on here @ YT wants to do it cheapest.
I haven't seen that much of a difference in O2 sensors for the $, especially compared to something like plugs.
Which people NEVER seem to change on a 3.slo, cuz it sucks!!

changing plugs in a 3vze isnt that bad, i did it in like 20 minutes no problem

as for the 02 sensor, go denso or ngk...a good product always lasts longer...

It's a 95 auto 3.0 with 159k miles. I'm getting a code 25 so I'm assuming it's the O2 sensor. Plus I've got new plugs, wires cap and rotor and I only get13.5 mpg around town so I'm hoping the new O2 will help. I went ahead and ordered the Denso from sparkplugs.com for 98 bucks shipped, it seems like a decent deal to me. I'm hoping for 2 more miles to the gallon. We'll see though, it might not help at all.

I think I'd rather keep my old factory one than buy that one on Ebay for $35 One thing I've learned, especially when it comes to replacement Toyota parts, is that you get what you pay for.
