not feeling the love from the 94

YA so im not feeling the love from the truck...

It decided to puke a font axle seal pass side the other day and now decided it wants to mark its teritory on BOTH the front AND the rear.

The rear pinon seal has been leaking for a while.

THe smallest hardest to get to heater hose on the back of the motor decided to get a pin hole in it and spew coolant all over the fire wall. (fought that this morning with NO luck)

the rubber Intake hose that clamps on the TB is newly (almost) cracked in half from age.

needs new shocks and the ball joint spacers in the box on the shelf.

oh and the PS pump is STILL leaking

I tell ya its hell getting old. 12 years and 230K miles starts to take a toll.

couldnt drive the 4runner cause the motor is STILL sitting on the stand in my garage waiting for a few nice days of weather to put it in. and my BMW puked an alternator last thurs!

i suppose this is my just deserts for having a small fleet of 12+ year old cars. (But no payments)

Had kind of the same feeling last fall with my 94. Within a few weeks, the transfer case ran dry and blew up, I had to change the driver's side CV boots, the battery died and the timing was out of whack when I had to smog it. I think there's a small leak in the front diff driver's side oil seal now as well.

I had a shop put in a new fuel pump ($400) , only to discover a leak in the pulsator on the fuel rail. It hadn't leaked before, because there was barely enough fuel pressure to run the engine. So the pulsator was an additional $100.
