new here just got a 1993 t100 for free

heres my truck what u guys think is it worth fixing?? has 102,xxx needs a front a arm shocks and exhaust i got a bumper from my friends ofr free no pics with it on yet

isnt the t100 the same thing ?

Looks to me by the amount of rust, that this truck has been in salt water. Hve you seen the title? I wonder if it was a flood salvage. There might be a lot going wrong with it. If you are parting it out, then it's worth something. At least it didn't cost anything.

nah the guy that use to own it was the origonal owner he drove it i everyday since the day he got it i can tell he didnt really care about it but w/e free is a good price i found a 94 4runner with a blown motor in excelent condition think about getting it and swapping the motor i can get it for $400 heres the link to it let me know what u guys think http://hartford.craigslist.org/pts/521733601.html or i also found a 89 t100 in great shape but needs a motor

You have a pickup, not a t100. Depending on the rust damage to that 4runner, i would go that route

time for the junkyard for that old boy. mines older, and ONLY has rust in the usual place on the body... right by the right tire in the back. and theres barely any. its not worth puttin money into. now unless all that is surface rust(which i doubt) then you could just take a power washer to it. my .02

ill try power washing it 2marow see how it comes out most of it is surface rust besides that one a arm and some parts of the truck

if the 'a' arm is rusted right off, i would be very suspect of the rest of the front end. without brakes or steering up front, when it goes out, you are in for a world of hurt.

check out the runner and see if the engine swap can be economical, if so i would go that route.
