Unhappy New 22RE Noise post-road trip (Video Diagnosis plzz)

I come in peace seeking your wisdom!

Yesterday I drove home from college (only 1 year left!) ~6 hours in the Yota;
1993 - 22re. 140ishK miles, 30K since timing chain job.

Before the trip I made sure the oil was topped off and I put in a bottle of Techron fuel injector cleaner to the first 15 gallons i used on the trip .. I haven't had any previous issues or crazy noises coming from the engine, until I made it home. I couldn't really hear anything over the sound of tires and music on the interstate.. When I slowed down through the neighborhood I noticed the noise but it doesn’t drive any different.

I guess the 6 hours at 75-90 miles per hour/3400rpm was too much for not messing something up. I am hoping someone will tell me it is just a pulley on the outside of the engine, it is so loud to me, it is hard to tell the source.
I have done some looking around and it sounds different than some other videos on valve problems, I hope it isn't a piston rod issue.

The video was taken shortly after I started it up. Right after ignition the fan blows hard and it is at 1500 rpm. During this video it is idling at 1100. The noise I hear that concerns me is the constant loud noise that wasn’t there before the trip, the higher pitched sound. I hear some ticking but don't all 22re's have it in some way?

Also, there have always been two screws missing from the front left and back right of the head here:
Both:

Rear:

Thank you for watching the videos.

Cant. see. eninge. bay. too . bright. !!
Hahah nice clean motor.

Well at least now I know nothing goes in those empty threads up top.

I go duck hunting in a phosphate mine and there is no getting around the sticky white milkshake-like mud that ends up all over everything.

those are old pics. not so clean nowadays.

i swear to you, i can't hear any noise that sounds foreign to me. you know best though. get a mechanics stethoscope and poke around. maybe fan clutch? ?water pump? ?alternator? check to make sure some unusual stuff is tight....radiator, skid plate, exhaust shields...

You mean the higher pitched, whine/hum/roar sound? It could just be awesome camera microphone... maybe a pulley, belt, or water pump, power steering pump? Its pretty hard to pick out an unusual noise, though.

Replaced the tensioner pulley and the power steering pump. Noise no more.
