Need a recommendation on a good car cover for the 4Runner
I think the newly painted 4Runner will have to sleep outdoors this winter so it’s going to need a car cover that can stand up to snow and bad weather for about six months. I see prices all over the place. I’d spend up to $400 or so but guess it’s probably diminishing returns after that...
Can anyone give recommendations for a durable cover that won’t break the bank? Thanks.

I got one from the coverstore for $120 I think it was. Didn't test in in the snow cause it doesn't snow where I live but it has held up great to the rain and elements. It is not waterproof but better than no cover.

I had got a cheap-ish one from Princess Auto ($99) and lined the inside of the cover with wool fabric from Value Village ($25). It worked out pretty good on the ER34 for it's winter outside.
And don't worry, I'm still beating my dad up for making the Skyline sleep outside! Lol.

This is not what you're looking for, but maybe it can helps, something like this:

You can use it to store the 4R in winter, and after that you can keep it for other purposes or resell it. It's over your budget I know, but with more possibilities I think. You can even build something cheaper. But I don't know about the building regulations, the space in you back yard and if you want to spend a few houndreds more.
