Need Help With 22re Fuel Pressure Reg. 94 Pickup

I got a 94 pickup 22re. I replace the head gasket and got it all back together. There is one problem. The fuel pressure regulator. That sits on the back of the fuel rail, by the firewall. It has 2 hoses connected to it. The top hose is a vacuum line. Which I've got connected to one of the steel vacuum line tubes from the intake. The problems seems to be the bottom hose. Which is a little bigger and is the fuel return hose. I've got it connected to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator. But I can't find where the other end of that hose connects. I know it a fuel return hose. But I can not find out where it connects. Anyone know where the line is that the bigger hose on the fuel pressure regulator connects to? I'm sure it goes to the fuel return line to the gas tank. I just can't seem to find it.
Thanks in advance.

I think I found the fuel return line. That goes to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator. I think it's the line that comes off the firewall. With about a 2 foot hose. I had it connected to the EGR Vacuum Modulator. I remove it from the egr vacuum modulator and hooked it up to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator.

Now the engine fires up and runs at idle for about a minute or two and then dies, like it running out of fuel. If I wait about 15 mins. It will start up again but it will die in less than a minute. Like it's low on fuel.

Ok when the fuel line return hose was off. It pumped all the gas in the tank out of that line. Now that the hose is back on and I filled the pickup back up with gas. It starts and runs without stalling out.

So lesson learned. Make sure you hook up the Fuel pressure regulator hose up correctly the 1st time.
