need expert help, upperend noise

well i would like to start off and say my name is kyle i have had this truck for 3 years, i have built it from the ground up, and my fully built motor is complete! yay but...... i have had it together now for about 3,000 miles it runs perfect, the problem is this clatter in the head, i really think the tensioner is already going bad but already? i really dont understand why this is happening at a early stage, it started to make this noise today =( but this is what i have installed, the steel timing chain guids, high volume oil pump, bored 40 over, moly rings, arp conecting rod bolts, lce adjustable cam gear, a 282 reground delta cam, epn over sized valves, doa valve springs, ported and polished the head with a pacesetter 4 to 1 header it was a blast till today. any good advice would be much appreciated!

You just rebuilt it so you have to expect some wear on things, and it's usually fastest during the break-in period.
Have you taken the cover off and checked your valve clearances?- the cam and rockers have to wear into each other.
Any chance the LCE gear has slipped?

update pulled off the valve cover, nothing was out of the ordinary, i spun it over a couple of times by hand it felt fine. also the cam gear didnt move at all. i noticed though on the decompression stroke the timing chain was kinda loose more than my liking but on the compression stroke it was all greavy. is this the problem? took some pics for s and giggles see the timing chain touching the guide, not sure if its suppose to rub that bad
