Moving to Colorado - Is a 22RE 4x4 going to be a dog?

Not sure if I should get rid of the 22RE 4x4 or not... I'm wondering how bad it's going to be in the Denver area with 31's on the truck...?

Definitely appreciate any comments from people who have been there, done that.

I live at sea level, so I can imagine it would be quite a change.
You could always re-gear it.
I imagine 4.56's with 31's would be pretty torquey.

I've got the 4.56's with 33's and Spartans and it's fine (basically back to stock) but in hindsight I think I might have preferred the 4.88's. Haven't taken it up to elevation yet.
