Love my Toyota but I rolled it

I got a good ol '88 pickup, which I love

But a few months ago I rolled it (having too much fun on dirt roads :/) and we're trying to fix it partly to pass inspection on a month or so.

First thing we need to do is replace the passenger side mirror, and I have no idea how to. I found this on ebay (link) and i'm wondering if that will work, and how to remove the old pieces on the door.

Heres a pic of the driver side still intact.

Were also looking to get some kinks and bends out of the passenger side, if you guys have any ideas on how to do that:

Thanks
Also, I dont know too much about cars/trucks just enough to get by lol.

you need to pry off the bottom part of the side view mirror to expose the mounting screws, no biggie. As for the fender, just get a new one online for like $65, or go to a scrap yard and pull one for like $25. There is a crease that makes those very hard to bend back. And take it easy on dirt roads, you could have fish tailed right into someone!

That looks like a truck in the pics. Not a 4runner. Is the top just off ot it?

Okay, I got the bottom off the the screws are way to rounded to use a screwdriver with. I've tried pliers and they just jump off the screw whenever i squeeze them.

Also, has anyone had experience fixing the A/C dash panel thing?

@KVRunner - You know, I relaly dont know. My moms boyfriend got it for me and said it was a 4runner, and my ignorant self just always thought it was. It is a truck, so what would that be called?

Climate control panel is easy, just pop it off and throw a new junkyard one on there

Nope its a pickup. 4runner has no separation between the bed and cab. And you can see the back wall behind the seats.

Yeah, I was pretty sure I saw the gap where the bed met the cab. And I didnt see any sort of a back seat.

Haha yea

Now, on the mirror the screws all rounded , i've tried to use wd-40 and applied a few times, but the screws wont budge. I googled and they say cut a new slit, but i dont think i have the tools to do that at the moment. Any ideas on what I could do?

Well a Dremel tool would speed things up for cutting another slot. You might have to drill and use a screw extractor. You can pick those up at an auto parts store.

Looks like that truck just became a candidate for an off-road only vehicle. It's not that bad though. A new door and fender and you're good as new.

Haha, it just sounded funny. I don't think Toyota started the fancy names until the Tacoma came out(in the U.S anyways). They just called them pickups or trucks.

A pair of vise-grips super-tight can sometimes bite on a round bolt-head, you can also try to file some flat surfaces on the rounded bolt head. It also helps to soak any bolt in wd-40 or PB-Blaster for a day or week or two before trying to break them free.

Looks like it was just a simple flop. Got anymore pictures of the damage? or pics of it on its side?

X2.. about the door fender, i would say that is nowhere near an offroad only vehicle.

Yea it was only rolled on its side.

I managed to recover the fishtail i think twice before it gently rolled on its side just as I was almost stopped Must have hit a rock or something, im lucky it didnt roll earlier at the higher speed. But we had our seatbelts on so we didnt go flying to the side of the truck.

It all happened in about 30 feet or so, and basically happened because i was going about 55 down the dirt road when a damn hole, and sister distracting me threw me off.

I didnt get any pics i was just worried about rolling it back upright and getting home lol. Some people up the road helped us roll it back, its not that heavy of a truck thank god.

And yea, were probably gonna get some work done to the fender, the doors okay in my eyes. Is it possible to be able to remove the fender and just hammer the dents out? Or something similar to that, all I need is it clear enough for the door to open without hitting it anymore. Heres a pic of how much it does:

Heres a pic of the right side, I never did upload one:

The body's great except the passenger side door/fender and something happened to the backend by the gas thing.
