Loss of oil pressure.

I did and oil change last week. Now all of a sudden I have low oil pressure. I've checked the level and I'm full almost to full. I'm also not leaking or burning any oil. I've only had the truck a few months, but it Its always had good pressure. I switched from royal purple to mobile 10w30 blend. Anyone think this would cause a problem? Should I be worried?

How do you know you have low oil press? Have it checked with a mechanical gauge to be sure
