Little Help needed with rough running 3vze
im pretty good with these motors but this one has me a lil stumped....
i bought truck with blown head gaskets....
i replaced all upper end gaskets and motor ran fine for about a month then it started bein a very "cold blooded" mother....
if i start it and try to drive away the motor falls flat on its face and dies....
you have to let it warm up for about 2 to 3 mins and then its runs like a champ the entire day.....this problem only happens when its SUPER cold....
i replaced MAF, all spark plugs, checked shim clearance on cams, checked timing....and the problem is still there.....
like i said the motor runs awesome.....just for those few mins in the morning its like it doesnt want to wake up....
any help would be awesome
Thanks,
Daniel

Make sure that the cold start injector is firing. It is located on the passenger side of the upper intake plenum. Also did you hookup the water temp sensor connectors on the back of the intake manifold?
